Job Title : Recruiting Coordinator Location : Tampa, FL (Hybrid Remote Monday & Friday | In Office Tuesday Thursday) Schedule : 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Duration : 6 Months of Contract with potential for full-time conversion About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and exploring innovative ways to improve recruiting operations through technology and AI-enabled tools. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring logistics, managing recruiting systems, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, calendars, and time zonesServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview processDeliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and strong attention to detailSupport recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics, scheduling updates, and offer letter coordinationMaintain accurate candidate data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platformsAssist with recruiting operations, reporting, documentation, and process improvementsPartner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and recruiting eventsIdentify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process optimizationStay informed on emerging recruiting technologies and contribute ideas that enhance team effectiveness Required QualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong follow-through abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentComfortable learning new systems, tools, and technologiesInterest in AI, automation, and innovative recruiting solutionsExperience in recruiting coordination, HR support, scheduling, customer service, administrative support, or related fields preferredFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems, calendar management, and virtual meeting platforms is a plusBachelor s degree preferred Top SkillsInterview SchedulingOffer Letter CoordinationCandidate Experience Management
