We are currently building our founding network of fractional assistants who are looking for flexible, contract-based opportunities with the ability to support multiple clients on their own schedule (both virtually and in-person, as needed). The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, and handling various administrative tasks. The role requires effective coordination of schedules, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. Organizational skills and professionalism are essential to succeed in this position.Qualifications10+ Years proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive SupportProficiency in handling Expense Reports and related documentationStrong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordinationExperience with Administrative Assistance and related operational tasksExceptional organizational and time-management abilitiesProficient in using modern office tools and productivity softwareFlexible and adaptable to handle both in-office and remote work requirementsPrior experience in a similar role or knowledge of the service industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a bonus
