Day Program DSPThe Day Program DSP will assist the ISS Supervisor/Manager with individual care at the facility based on the policies, procedures, and quality of service required.Responsibilities and DutiesDirects personal assistance with daily living activities of individuals (grooming, eating, and personal hygiene)Reinforces counseling and therapy activities as directed by Supervisor.Ensures the health and safety of all individuals by identifying and correcting safety hazardsProvides assistance with medications and performs tasks delegated by a Registered NurseDocuments incidents involving individuals at the facilityProvides daily reports to the Supervisor that outline accomplishments and objectives met dailyCreates and maintains an atmosphere conducive to the habilitation of the individuals servedResponsible for cleanliness of facility including cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, sitting rooms and kitchenMaintains regular attendance and timeliness in dutiesOther duties as assignedEveryone at Caregiver, Inc.
