The core hours will be U.S. working hours but may also require work outside of core hours as needed for projects and client support.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain the client’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless network infrastructure.\nProvide customer support to clients located across the globe.\nTroubleshoot/resolve complex issues and handle service requests for clients related to Cisco routing and switching infrastructure, Cisco Meraki and legacy wireless infrastructure, Palo Alto technologies, Cisco, and Fortinet firewalls.\nCollaborate with relevant teams, departments, or external parties to resolve cases that require specialized knowledge or resources.\nServe as the ultimate escalation point for critical network incidents and outages. Lead the response effort, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to the network services team. Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and promote best practices for network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.\nResearch and evaluate emerging technologies, products, and solutions relevant to the organization's strategic objectives. Identify PoC opportunities that align with business needs and technical requirements.\nEngage proactively with clients to comprehend their unique network requisites and collaboratively engineer tailored solutions that align with their goals.\nCreate and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and policies/procedures.\nWho you are:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience\n5+ years of relevant work experience with exposure in product organizations\nCCNP\nAdvance routing and switching knowledge. Expert in Cisco Nexus switching, BGP and OSPF protocols.\nAbility to design enterprise networks.\nKnowledge and experience in public cloud technologies - AWS/GCP/Azure\nExpert in Palo Alto firewalls. Global Protect design and implementation with certificates, VPNs, Failover, SSL decryption, content filtering etc.\nFortiGate and Cisco FTD experience\nExperience with Cisco traditional and SDWAN routers, catalyst, and Nexus switches\nExceptional written and oral communication skills\nExceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building and managing expectations.\nHighly self-motivated and directed, in a fast-paced team environment.\nSharp attention to detail with proven analytical and critical thinking skills\nEffective time management and excellent prioritization skills\nBonus points if you have:\n\nCCIE a plus\nExperience with Sonicwall N/W devices\nFinancial Services Industry experience\nECI’s culture is all about connection - connection with our clients, our technology and most importantly with each other.
