Associate Director, US Marketing, IgAN

This Is What You Will DoThe Associate Director, US Marketing IgAN, is a member of the commercial US IgAN Marketing team and of the broader Rare Nephrology marketing team within the Hematology and Nephrology Business Unit. The individual will play a critical role in developing and driving strategies and tactics for healthcare providers and patient engagement for the IgAN .Reporting to the Senior Director of IgAN Marketing, the Associate Director is responsible for defining and leading HCP and Patient marketing initiatives for the IgAN launch in the US market, as well as supporting the execution of the HCP educational strategy. The individual will also contribute to the development and execution of the best-in-class annual HCP and Patient marketing plans, inclusive of relevant brand and launch strategies. This individual will work closely with Business Operations/OMNI and will be a key cross-functional player, liaising with numerous teams to accomplish goals, including: Field Sales, TLL, Patient Services, Patient Advocacy, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Medical, and Promotional Review Committee (PRC). The individual may also interact with Key professional societies for educational initiativesWhat You Will DoHCP Marketing Strategy & Omnichannel PlanningDevelop HCP tactics, messaging, and omnichannel plans aligned to brand objectivesPartner with Sales to apply best practices and emerging trends to strengthen HCP executionDefine, track, and optimize campaign KPIs and performanceField Enablement, Promotion & Educational ExecutionLead development of field-ready promotional materials across branded and disease educationServe as the primary marketing point of contact for Field Sales; lead field communications and meeting supportPartner with Sales Training on onboarding, workshops, and meeting contentDevelop peer-to-peer education (speaker programs, webinars, on-demand) with KOLs and TLLLead congress and professional society strategy and assetsCross-Functional Leadership, Agency & Budget ManagementDrive cross-functional execution with Sales, Medical, Omnichannel, Training, TLL, Business Ops, and review partners (PRC/Legal/Regulatory/Compliance)Manage agency partners, timelines, budgets, and ROILead with influence to energize teams and align stakeholders to the brand missionYou Will Need To HaveBachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or related field relevant to the role’s responsibilities5+ years of marketing, agency, or consulting experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry; minimum 1 year in US commercial marketingStrong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.Fluent in English (written and spoken language).Experience and proven track record of developing and implementing impactful digital campaigns and initiativesStrong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate, in teams and as a sub-team lead.Must be comfortable managing multiple competing, frequently shifting priorities, and working through uncertainty.Experience in managing external agencies (AOR and Media) on a day-to-day basis and budget management required.Ability to travel up to 30%The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program.
