Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\n\nJob Description:\n\n2nd Shift Logistics Warehouse Supervisor\nPosition Summary\n\nThe Logistics Warehouse Supervisor provides direct supervision and leadership for all Shipping and Receiving operations across the facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials, finished goods, and inbound shipments while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, employee development, and customer service. The Logistics Warehouse Supervisor leads associates, coordinates resources, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support operational goals and customer requirements.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nProvide a safe, organized, and clean work environment.\nEnforce all Company Safety Policies, Procedures, and Safe Work Practices.\nEnsure compliance with warehouse, logistics, transportation, and inventory control procedures.\nDirectly supervise Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling associates.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to meet production and customer demands.\nMonitor workflow and staffing requirements to ensure efficient operation and resource utilization.\nEnsure timely and accurate receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and finished goods.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through proper material control, cycle counts, and transaction verification.\nCollaborate with production, planning, customer service, transportation providers, and other departments to support operational goals.\nInvestigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and operational disruptions.\nEvaluate training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.\nCoach, mentor, and guide employees to improve performance, engagement, and professional growth.\nApply corrective actions and disciplinary measures in accordance with Company policies and employee guidelines.\nConduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and documentation.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and receiving performance.\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, throughput, and service levels.\nEnsure all shipping, receiving, inventory, and operational documentation is completed accurately and timely.\nSupport audits, compliance activities, and corrective action plans within the logistics operation.\nMaintain equipment integrity and report maintenance concerns for forklifts, material handling equipment, and warehouse infrastructure.\nResolve day-to-day operational challenges effectively and professionally.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n5+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.\nMinimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics environment.\nStrong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping processes, and receiving procedures.\nExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software preferred.\nForklift certification or the ability to become certified.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nMust be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and Spanish.\nMust pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing shipping and receiving operations in a manufacturing environment.\nLean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Kaizen experience.\nExperience with transportation coordination, customer shipments, and freight management.\nKnowledge of inventory cycle counting and inventory accuracy programs.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\n\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
