Position will continue pending satisfactory performance and the availability of fundingWorld Learning seeks a Program Associate to support the implementation of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), the flagship professional exchange program of the U.S. Department of State. The Program Associate will work with a Program Officer and other partners to make programmatic and logistical arrangements for foreign professionals participating in the IVLP program.The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work both independently and collaboratively, handle logistics and other arrangements with attention to detail, and communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of partners and stakeholders. An interest in working with people from other cultures, backgrounds, and abilities and a proactive, collaborative attitude are essential.
