You will evaluate failure modes, improve maintenance programs, and work with cross functional teams to ensure critical assets remain safe, reliable, and available.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop reliability centered maintenance strategies.\nPerform failure analysis and root cause investigations.\nConduct equipment risk assessments.\nImprove preventive and predictive maintenance programs.\nMonitor asset health and recommend corrective actions.\nPartner with work management and engineering teams.\nSupport reliability metrics and reporting.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.\n5 to 10 years of relevant engineering or industrial experience.\nExperience in manufacturing, processing plants, utilities, industrial facilities, metallurgy, or similar environments.\nExperience with continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong communication and cross functional collaboration skills.\nUnited States citizenship is required for this role.\nAll new hires must pass a federal background check and federal drug test.\nAn ability to work hybrid onsite in Mercury, NV on the National Nuclear Test Site.\nPreferred Experience:\nDOE, NNSA, LANL, LLNL, or NNSS experience preferred.\nActive DOE clearance preferred but not required.\n\nTravel: Occasional travel is expected to support project meetings and coordination with partner sites.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe expected base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $165,000 USD per year.
