Our software platforms support certification management, compliance workflows, and digital transformation across regulated industries.\n\nRole Overview\nThe Technology Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the successful deployment and adoption of Everblue’s software solutions. This role serves as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and technology, ensuring implementations are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with documented requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple implementations in parallel.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end implementation of Everblue software solutions for new and existing clients\nGather, document, and validate business and technical requirements\nConfigure systems, workflows, and integrations to meet client and compliance needs\nDevelop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables\nServe as the primary client point of contact during implementation and early adoption\nCoordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve issues\nConduct client training and provide implementation documentation\nIdentify risks, scope changes, and dependencies and communicate proactively\nSupport handoff to operations and customer support teams post-implementation\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical project management, or systems deployment\nExperience working directly with clients in a SaaS or professional services environment\nStrong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nExperience translating business processes into system configurations\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with compliance-driven or workflow-based software platforms\nFamiliarity with Jira or similar project and ticket management tools\nExperience supporting government, training, or certification-based programs\n\nWhy Join Everblue?\nBe part of a mission-driven company dedicated to making the world a better place.
