Join us in shaping the future of learning with our award-winning team!DescriptionThe hand2mind Brand team is seeking an intern to contribute to annual marketing projects and processes, including market research for new product development, influencer recruiting and community management, and assistance in refreshing the hand2mind Brand Store.ResponsibiltiesThe intern who fulfills this role will gain hands-on experience in seeing how social listening and market research influences the development of new educational toys and tools. They will also gain clear understanding of the execution of an innovative and budding strategy to build a community of content creators and affiliates. They will also learn significant skills working cross-functionally with our creative team to help develop unique digital resources to support e-commerce selling.Market Research SupportPull social listening and retail insights to support new product developmentSupport brand team research needs cross-functionally in terms of data organizationLeverage qualitative insights inform product and messagingCommunity Management & Content Tracking (IG + TikTok)Identify and save posts not tagged by the brand via our social media channels to help measure total social footprintEngage with external social media posts where appropriate to support brand voice.Contribute to growth of our affiliate network by identifying potential creators for future partnershipsBrand Store Refresh (Canva)Update Brand store assets in Canva to align with customer search intentCollaborate with Brand and Creative teams to shift assets from product-line language to use/solution-based messagingTranslate cross-functional insights into visual contentRequirements/ Ideal AttributesWe’re seeking an intern who is strong in social-native thinking, experience with content creation, has good people skills, and has superior organization skills.
