Its up to you to take the lead.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nAs a Groundskeeper, you have the important job of creating the first impression for new prospects and keeping our current residents happy by maintaining the overall cleanliness of our Leasing Office, common areas, and communities grounds, including pools, laundry facilities, and plant beds, to maximize our curb appeal and our customers and residents perception of our community.
