Physical & Mental Elements Include the Ability to:\r\nWork, concentrate and perform duties accurately in a fast-paced environment\r\nTake direction and work well with others\r\nProvide courteous service and deal effectively with Wendy's guests\r\nTrain and develop others\r\nLearn and apply policies and procedures\r\nReact to change productively and handle other tasks assigned\r\nCommunicate clearly and effectively\r\nComplete all applicable training programs\r\nStand for long periods without a break\r\nFrequent bending and kneeling\r\nRegular lifting and carrying up to 25 – 50 pounds\r\nTravel to other restaurants, Area Office, etc. as needed\r\nWork many different shifts with a 40-hour workweek\r\nEquipment Use Includes the Ability to use\r\nHeadset to take customer orders or to take or give direction\r\nKeyboard and computer\r\nSpecific Responsibilities Include\r\nEnsure \"A\" Level operations are maintained through the execution of quality, service, and cleanliness standards on every daypart\r\nSupervise, coordinate, and delegate to ensure all food safety procedures are properly trained, monitored, and reinforced\r\nAssist with staffing the restaurant with trained employees\r\nManage food, labor, and paper costs and other controllable expenses\r\nEducation / Experience:\r\nHigh School diploma or GED and 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
