STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is the in-house engineering business line of Structural Group.\nWe are seeking a skilled, safety-focused Rough Terrain Crane Operator to operate a 15-Ton Tadano TR-150XL-4 for major ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate is a dependable operator who takes pride in precision work and maintains a strong safety record.\nWhile the crane is expected to be steadily busy, we value a strong work ethic and team-first mindset: when the crane is idle, you should be proactive and ready to assist the team with other site duties to keep the project moving forward.\nKey Responsibilities\nEquipment Operation: Safely operate a 15-Ton Tadano TR-150XL-4 Rough Terrain Crane in accordance with manufacturer specifications and site safety guidelines.\nInspections & Maintenance: Perform daily pre-operational checks, inspect rigging, monitor fluid levels, and report any mechanical issues promptly.\nRigging & Lift Execution: Work closely with riggers and signal personnel to ensure precise, secure load handling and positioning.\nTeam Assistance: Actively assist with general site tasks, tool maintenance, and ground support during operational downtime.\nSafety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, site-specific safety protocols, and company policies at all times.\nQualifications & Requirements\nValid NCCCO (or equivalent industry/state) Crane Operator Certification for Rough Terrain / Hydraulic Cranes.\nProven experience operating RT cranes (experience with Tadano equipment is a plus).\nStrong knowledge of load charts, rigging procedures, hand signals, and safety regulations.\nWillingness to pitch in with general job site tasks when crane operation is paused.\nReliable transportation and ability to work full project hours.\nAbility to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and physical evaluations.\nCompensation & Project Details\nWe offer competitive prevailing wage rates based on project location:\nKentucky Prevailing Wage (Primary Work Location):\nBase Pay: $41.55 / hour\nFringes: $9.50 / hour\nOhio Prevailing Wage (When Applicable):\nBase Pay: $44.14 / hour\nFringes: $16.41 / hour\nProject Duration: Long-term assignment scheduled through December 2027.\nStructural Technologies is proud of a company culture that promotes 24/7 safety and quality.
