Job SummaryProvide high-quality nursing care to patients in hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare settings. Assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and support positive patient outcomes through professional nursing practice.ResponsibilitiesAssess and monitor patient health conditions.Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.Develop and update patient care plans.Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.Follow patient safety and infection control protocols.Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies.
