Lead Superintendent

Job Description:USPRO Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the full scope of field operations for complex ground-up construction projects in the New London, CT area. This role is responsible for managing site safety, QA/QC execution, subcontractor coordination, documentation control, scheduling, and daily field leadership throughout the full construction lifecycle. The Lead Superintendent will supervise day-to-day jobsite activity while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract documents and schedule milestones.
