This position is responsible for the coordination of appointments and interviews as well as supporting the administrative needs of the program.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY)\nThe duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that could be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class.\nMaintains census records and paperwork as required.\nPerforms word processing tasks.\nProvides data entry services to program.\nMaintains orderly files and assures that an adequate supply of office supplies and forms are on hand.\nMaintains appointment books and bills for doctors’ services.\nProvides receptionist duties, including receiving and answering all telephone calls and taking accurate messages.\nSchedules appointments.\nMaintains awareness of staff locations and destinations.\nMaintains and assists staff in using office equipment.\nAssists members in accessing services.\nCollects and distributes agency mail.\nProvides support to Program Director and Team Leaders as assigned.\nAdheres to and upholds the policies and procedures of Turning Point Community Programs.\nAttends all staff meetings unless approval for non-attendance is secured by the Office Manager or Program Director.\nIs personally responsible and held accountable for work hours and time management as coordinated with management team.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES\nEducation, Training and Experience:\nA typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from an accredited high school or GED program and one (1) year of experience performing a wide variety of the duties identified above.\nNote: Work experience, on a year-by-year, may be used to qualify in lieu of the education requirements.\nLicenses; Certificates; Special Requirements:\nCalifornia driver’s license & current vehicle insurance/registration\nReliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection if more than five years old excluding all modes of two-wheeled transport inclusive of bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles.\nSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM\nInterested?
