This role is responsible for driving productivity improvements, reducing waste, improving quality, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to support operational excellence.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.\n\nDevelop and maintain Value Stream Maps using Value Stream Mapping\n\nIdentify and eliminate non-value-added activities.\n\nReduce changeover times utilizing SMED methodologies.\n\nDevelop a system to capture, educate operators to record/reduce Scrap\n\nImprove Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).\n\nFacilitate root cause analysis investigations.\n\nDevelop and implement standard work procedures.\n\nPartner with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.\n\nTrack and report KPI improvements.\n\nTrain employees on Lean tools and methodologies.\n\nMaintain a strong floor presence\n\nExperience in TPM and reliability programs related to maintenance PM's\n\nWhy FC Industries?\nAt FC, we believe your success is our success.
