launches with quality planning expertise\nProcess Development and Documentation\nDevelop comprehensive work instructions and process procedures that ensure repeatable quality outcomes\nCreate and maintain advanced quality planning tools including FMEAs and control plans\nSupport dimensional inspection processes with clear procedures and measurement protocols\nDocument quality systems and procedures to meet QMS requirements\nImplement continuous improvement initiatives based on quality data analysis\nDimensional Inspection and Metrology\nSupport dimensional inspection operations using precision hand tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)\nEnsure proper calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment\nInterpret engineering drawings to establish appropriate inspection actions\nFacilitate collaboration between departments to drive quality improvements\nRequired QualificationsEducation and Experience\nMust be a US Citizen\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related discipline) strongly preferred\nCandidates with extensive quality engineering experience may be considered in lieu of degree\nMinimum 1 year of Quality Engineer experience, or 5+ years as Quality Supervisor with demonstrated technical expertise\nExperience in precision manufacturing environment highly preferred\nBackground in aerospace, defense, or medical device industries a strong plus\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency with problem-solving methodologies including Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and CAPA\nFunctional understanding of advanced quality planning tools including FMEA and control plans\nStrong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T callouts\nDemonstrated knowledge of dimensional inspection techniques using precision hand tools\nExperience with CMM programming and operation\nFamiliarity with Zeiss CMM, Calipso, and Inspection Manager software a
