Your success is our success.\nDescription\nJOB SUMMARY:\nPerform breakout and tool prep operations on composite parts and tools after curing process.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWorks under the guidance of lead to perform breakout and tool prep operations per schedule.\nPrep tools with releasing agent and uses knifes and scrappers to remove any debris left from previous part. Stage tool for layup operations.\nRemoved tools and parts from oven after curing process is complete.\nRemoves all bagging material from part and tool and removes part form tool with use of basic hand tools such as shim and hammer.\nDelivers and stages parts in next operation area.\nQualifications\nEDUCATION:\nMust have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification and Textron Aviation’s blueprint reading class preferred.\nEXPERIENCE:\n6 months of composites or related experience.\nWorking Conditions:\nSomewhat disagreeable working conditions with exposure to dust, noise, heat, fumes and liquids.
