Senior Clinical Trials ManagerLocation: Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid Schedule)Pay: Up to $98/hr (Contract)We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Clinical Trials to provide strategic and operational leadership across global clinical programs. This role is responsible for driving the successful execution of complex clinical trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop Clinical Trial Managers and study teamsOversee end-to-end execution of global clinical trials, ensuring adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirementsTranslate program strategy into operational plans, timelines, and resource needsManage CROs and external vendors, including performance, contracts, and budgetsIdentify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of issuesProvide data-driven updates, insights, and recommendations to leadershipOversee clinical trial budgets, forecasting, and financial trackingMaintain strong relationships with investigators, clinical sites, and key stakeholdersEnsure audit and inspection readiness across all study activitiesDrive continuous improvement in clinical operations processesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (advanced degree preferred)10+ years of clinical research experience, including global trials5+ years of people leadership experience within clinical trial operationsStrong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory complianceProven experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Experience:Background in cardiology clinical trials and renal denervation (RDN)Experience leading audits and regulatory inspectionsAdditional Information:Fully remote U.S.-based roleCandidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)Contract-to-hire opportunity for the right candidateEmployee BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and pet insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Commuter/Parking AccountsPeople PerksHealth Savings Account (HSA)AD & D InsuranceThis role is ideal for a senior clinical operations leader who thrives in complex, global study environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality clinical outcomes.Click "Apply Now" to be considered.The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
