Construction Project Coordinator

Project Description:Crux Subsurface, is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator based out of Spokane Valley, WA. This role supports active foundation and geotechnical construction projects from planning through closeout — working alongside engineers, field crews, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and in compliance.This is a field-forward position. You'll spend roughly 50–75% of your time deployed to project sites nationwide on multi-week assignments. When you're not in the field, you're based out of our Spokane Valley office. All travel expenses are covered.This role is a direct path to Project Manager.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent field experience3+ years in project coordination or engineeringProficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)Cost tracking experience in ExcelFamiliarity with a PM platform (Procore or similar)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel 50–75% on multi-week deploymentsSalary: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance Provided with Premium Cost Share between employer and employee. 401k and Roth contribution with company match eligibility.
