Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Psychotherapist (LMSW/LCSW) in Private Practice. The Psychotherapist will provide individual and group therapy to clients across diverse backgrounds, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop collaborative, personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, attending team meetings, and engaging in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices. The role requires a clinician who is passionate about providing culturally responsive mental health care within a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health to provide high-quality therapeutic interventionsExperience with Relationship Counseling and addressing relational dynamics in therapyKnowledge of healthcare considerations and Mental Health and Wellness as they pertain to the fieldLicensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut (valid licensure required)Proven ability to work with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and neurodivergent communitiesFamiliarity with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practicesDemonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, maintain professional boundaries, and provide empathetic, client-centered careStrong organizational and communication skills
