They will also have strengths in-or a strong desire to learn and excel in-other key areas:SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONSMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's with 10 years of experience, or 15 years of directly related military experienceActive TS/SCI clearance in good standingMinimum of at least 3 years experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise:Systems engineeringConstruction security surveillanceTechnical surveillance countermeasuresIndustrial or Government security involving counterintelligence, construction quality assurance, or hands-on supervisory construction experience DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Operational experience in USAREUR-AF AORFamiliar with USAREUR-AF AOR regional issues and culturesPOSITIONS AVAILABLE: Computer Hardware Engineers• Systems Engineer (Computer Network Defense)Forensic Science Techs• Computer Forensic Scientist• Digital Forensics Scientist• Computer Forensic Scientist - SystemsROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:The ATLAS systems engineers and forensic science technicians provide subject matter expertise and military experience related to the USAREUR-AF AOR area of operations and work side by side with military and government personnel. The ATLAS systems engineers and forensic science technicians provide DOMEX/MEDEX/CELLEX specific operational and mission subject matter expertise (SME) support to the command, its subordinate units, and other government organizations/services within the USAFRICOM AOR and monitor unclassified and classified network infrastructures for signs of unauthorized activity, intrusions, counterintelligence threats, or anomalies on USAREUR-AF domains. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues.
