This role is responsible for stabilizing active projects, enforcing delivery discipline, and driving predictable execution across approximately ten application migration initiatives. The role requires minimal ramp-up time and strong experience rescuing or stabilizing complex IT projects.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide day-to-day operational management of multiple active IT projects\nReport directly to the IT Director and align project execution with leadership priorities\nManage projects involving application migrations, data warehouse updates, and reporting remediation\nBreak ongoing work into clear milestones, deliverables, and execution plans\nDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules and plans\nCoordinate work across business analysts, developers, SMEs, and external consultants\nMentor business analysts on documentation standards and project discipline\nFacilitate project meetings using Microsoft Teams\nSchedule, track, and manage meetings and communications using Microsoft Outlook\nDeliver concise, executive-level status reporting\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and decision points early and drive resolution\nEscalate issues appropriately to maintain delivery timelines\nEnsure all project documentation meets audit and compliance requirements\nEnforce consistent project management standards across the project portfolio\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nPMP Certification (Required)\n5+ years of hands-on IT project management experience\nProven experience taking over active or distressed IT projects\nDemonstrated ability to drive immediate execution with minimal ramp-up\nExperience managing multiple concurrent technology projects\nStrong delivery-focused project management background\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook\nExcellent organization, documentation, and attention to detail\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nHighly Desired:\n8+ years of senior-level IT project management experience\nExperience managing complex, in-flight IT projects\nExperience with application migration or modernization initiatives\nExperience with data warehouse or reporting projects\nExperience mentoring business analysts or junior project managers\nExperience working in public sector or highly visible environments\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nROBOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
