They are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Facilities Coordinator to oversee warehouse organization, inventory management, fleet readiness, material procurement, and facility maintenance.This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, solving problems, organizing systems, and taking ownership of daily operations.Primary ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment Organize inventory, tools, equipment, and materials Receive, stock, and stage materials for upcoming projects Track inventory levels and communicate shortages Fleet & Equipment Management Ensure vehicles, trailers, and equipment are organized and ready for use Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs Track company tools and equipment Material Procurement Source and purchase materials for upcoming jobs Coordinate vendor pickups and deliveries Verify order accuracy and completeness Facility Maintenance Perform light building and grounds maintenance Coordinate outside vendors when specialized repairs are required QualificationsRequired Strong organizational skills Mechanical aptitude and basic repair ability Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to lift and move materials and equipment Preferred Construction, electrical, or trades warehouse experience Forklift experience Inventory management experience Basic vehicle or equipment maintenance experience Schedule & Compensation Full-time Monday–Friday Early morning start time Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package available About the Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate takes pride in organization, notices problems before they become emergencies, and enjoys creating systems that keep an operation running efficiently.ApplyThis position is being managed by The Hammitt Group on behalf of a confidential client. xaygatp Qualified applicants will be provided additional company details during the interview process.
