You’ll collaborate with teams across our offices and disciplines while helping shape the future of our growing Water Resources practice.\n\nA Day in Your World:\n\nYou’ll have the opportunity to:\n\nDevelop water resources designs, plans, details, reports, specifications, and cost estimates.\nAssist with planning, feasibility studies, and preliminary engineering reports.\nCoordinate with clients, regulators, and permitting agencies.\nResearch and apply current design standards and best practices.\nSupport proposals, contracts, change orders, and client communications.\nBuild relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of our Water Resources practice.\n\nWhat We Bring to You\n\nAt VS, you won’t have to figure it out alone! Make an impact.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program.\n3–5 years of relevant experience; public-sector experience preferred.\nPE license or successful completion of the PE exam (preferred).\nExperience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Adobe/Bluebeam.\nModerate experience with hydraulic modeling and hydrology\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nA willingness to learn, collaborate, and take on new challenges.\n\nWhat You Bring to VS:\n\nYou’re someone who can:\n\n· Juggle multiple priorities\n\n· Communicate clearly\n\n· Meet deadlines\n\n· Contribute to a team\n\nYou’re curious, motivated, and ready to keep learning.
