We celebrate, and embrace, our team members through our *HUMBLE*HUNGRY*SMART approach, and we believe that we are strongest when we embrace the voices of our employees, customers, partners, and the communities we serve.\nAbout the Role:\nResponsible for working as part of a team that supports the delivery of technology services to the organization and ensuring an appropriate level of service is delivered.\nWhat You Will Do:\nProvides support for Pathward's technologies and recommends improvements.\nWorks closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality and operational support functions.\nContributes to estimates on work in a timely manner and delivers against them.\nAdministrator for end user technologies including workstation design, installallation, configuration and maintenance.\nPerforms system integration testing of operating systems, related utilities and hardware.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.\nUp to 2+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.\nProficiency with: o Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory o AutoPilot imaging, JAMF, ServiceNow (preferred), Teams Rooms support of Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), imaging tools, and break/fix procedures\nStrong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.\nDemonstrated ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing demands.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non[1]technical users.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.\nRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, HDI-SCA, or Apple's Device Support and Deployment & Management certifications are a plus.\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\nSalary range: $43,000 – $70,000\n\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
