This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, integration, and sustainment of advanced defense systems. The successful candidate will work closely with both government and contractor teams to ensure seamless system performance, effective software and network configuration, and successful testing and troubleshooting.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nProvide systems integration support, including software installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Tactical Transportable Gateway (TTG), Maneuver Gateway (MG), Deployable Communications Packages (DCP), and related tactical communication systems.\r\nSupport the development, engineering, integration, and validation of Mission Computers, tactical radios, Full Motion Video (FMV) receivers, thermal imaging systems, targeting devices, and other mission-critical equipment.\r\nDevelop technical documentation and provide hands-on instruction to warfighters, delivering operational guidance and training to ensure the effective use and sustainment of mission systems in field environments.\r\nRequirements\r\nExperience with Windows and Linux administration, TAK Server administration, Mobile Device Management (MDM), analog and digital communications, Docker, and L3Harris Falcon II and Falcon III tactical radio systems.\r\nExperience with IT operations, troubleshooting, customer service, and Microsoft Windows environments.\r\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\r\nExperience with Red Hat Linux administration.\r\nAbility and willingness to travel to government and contractor facilities as needed.\r\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.\r\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\r\nAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.\r\nMust have or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification prior to the start date.\r\nEqual Employment Opportunity\r\nTRISTAR provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
