Learn more at www.bialow.comPosition OverviewBialow Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support our growing team. This role combines basic financial management with light office operations and marketing support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ManagementManage accounts payable and accounts receivableMaintain and reconcile records in QuickBooks OnlineAssist with invoicing, collections, and basic financial reportingOffice ManagementSupport a team of approximately 10 brokersCoordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings as neededMaintain office organization, supplies, and general operationsHandle mail, light phone coordination, and administrative tasksMarketing & Brokerage SupportPrepare site tour books, marketing flyers, and client presentationsAssist with proposal materials and committee packagesSupport brokers with real estate-related marketing and documentationQualificationsWorking knowledge of QuickBooks Online requiredProficiency in Adobe (InDesign/Acrobat), Microsoft Office, etc.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and operate independentlyPreferred (but not required):Experience within a commercial real estate brokerage, landlord, or related real estate environmentFamiliarity with platforms such as CoStar, Regis (Sites USA), Placer.ai, or similar demographic/analytics toolsWere looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, close-knit team.
