Assist with implementing standard work processes and proceduresLearn and execute good engineering practices for data management and document controlComplete assigned projects that are scoped appropriately for the field of study, course work, and trainingQualificationsEducation and/or Professional Certification RequirementsActively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institutionMinimum Completion of the equivalent of sophomore year of course workExperience And Skill RequirementsMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiencyCAD (AutoCAD, Solidworks, or similar) proficiency or the ability to learnPhysical Requirements & Working ConditionsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periodsLift and carry up to 25 poundsAdditional InformationMaterials and Equipment Directly UsedStandard office equipment including computer, mouse, keyboard, telephone, multifunction copierPersonal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed safety shoesAdditional InformationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.An applicant must complete a satisfactory background check post-offer of employment.
