TierFive is a stable, process-driven company that values reliability, safety, and accountability.\nAbout the Role\nTierFive is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Document Processing Clerk to join our secure Imaging Conversion Center. This is a focused, behind-the-scenes production position for someone who enjoys organized, repetitive work, limited routine client interaction, and the satisfaction of completing accurate work independently. You will help convert paper records, large-format documents, and microfilm into secure, high-quality digital files. Training is provided. Prior document-scanning experience is helpful but not required.\nWe will be hiring for two shifts, the day shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM & the night shift: 2 PM to 10:30 PM.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPrepare paper records for scanning by removing staples, clips, and fasteners; unfolding pages; repairing minor tears; and organizing documents.\nMaintain document sequence and identify missing, damaged, or out-of-order records.\nApply barcodes, patch sheets, labels, and separator sheets.\nDepending on project needs, scan standard paper records, large-format documents, and microfilm using assigned production equipment and software.\nReview scanned images for completeness, legibility, orientation, and overall quality.\nEnter names, dates, file numbers, and other required index data accurately.\nTrack production volumes, quality results, and document exceptions.\nFollow established productivity, confidentiality, security, and quality-control procedures.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.\nCommunicate questions, production updates, and issues to your Supervisor or Manager.\nSupport cross-training and changing assignments as business needs require.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBasic computer, keyboarding, and data-entry skills.\nEffective English reading, writing, and communication skills to review records, follow written procedures, enter data, and communicate with coworkers and management.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain document order and sequence.\nAbility to work independently after training in a focused, generally quiet production environment.\nAbility to maintain a steady pace while meeting quality and productivity expectations.\nReliable attendance, accountability, and willingness to adapt to changing project needs.\nAbility to alternate between seated and standing work as needed.\nAbility to lift and move file boxes, records, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nPreferred Experience\nDocument scanning, records processing, filing, data entry, mailroom, production, or quality-control experience.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office or similar computer applications.\nTierFive is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics under applicable law.
