This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating multiple Agile teams within a value stream, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for multiple global teams.\nCoach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.\nRemove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.\nCoordinate and manage the Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and System Demos.\nCollaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of value.\nTrack and communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.\nAct as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.\nDrive the adoption and implementation of SAFe practices across the organization.\n\nQualifications:\n\nCertified SAFe 6.0.\nProven experience in managing multiple Agile teams within a value stream.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in different geographical locations.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience in a similar role within a large-scale Agile transformation.\nBackground in technical - Hardware/ Firmware project management.\nFamiliarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others.\n\n#LI-PW1\n\nYou will love working with colleagues who have a genuine desire to innovate and seek out complicated problems.
