This role ensures that exterior spaces, common areas, parking lots, and building structures reflect Brightwild’s brand standards before a guest even reaches their unit. The position requires mobility between properties and a strong focus on safety, consistency, and execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGeneral Responsibilities\nMaintain reliable attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules.\n\nFollow all Brightwild Standard Operating Procedures.\n\nMaintain a professional appearance and represent Brightwild positively.\n\nKeep work areas, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.\n\nCommunicate effectively with Housekeeping, Facilities, Guest Experience, and management teams.\n\nReport accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, property damage, or guest complaints immediately.\n\nParticipate in required training sessions and safety meetings.\n\nFollow all federal, state, and local regulations as they apply to company operations.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support overall property operations.\n\nCustomer Service\nInteract with guests in a courteous, professional manner.\n\nAddress minor guest concerns when encountered and elevate issues appropriately.\n\nPromote a welcoming and service-oriented atmosphere across all properties.\n\nGrounds & Exterior Maintenance\nRemove chewing gum from brick surfaces, walkways, roadways, and pool areas.\n\nSpot clean stains from concrete and exterior building surfaces.\n\nPressure wash walkways, pool decks, stairwells, driveways, and other exterior areas.\n\nMaintain parking lots and exterior grounds in clean and safe condition.\n\nInspect properties daily for cleanliness and presentation standards.\n\nSafety, Sanitation & Security\nUnderstand all emergency procedures and act accordingly when needed.\n\nIdentify and address safety hazards before incidents occur.\n\nUse proper lifting techniques and follow OSHA safety standards.\n\nUtilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).\n\nMaintain wet floor signage and safety markers when necessary.\n\nKeep equipment in safe working order and storage areas compliant with safety standards.\n\nRequirements\nValid driver’s license required.\n\nMinimum three years of driving experience in the United States.\n\nExperience operating small equipment such as power washers and floor scrubbers preferred.\n\nSkills & Abilities\nAbility to identify safety hazards proactively.\n\nStrong work ethic and ability to work independently.\n\nClear communication skills.\n\nAbility to follow structured procedures and checklists.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nFrequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 60 lbs.\n\nFrequent bending and kneeling.\nContinuous standing for extended periods.\n\nFull mobility required between multiple properties.\n\nAbility to climb stairs regularly.\n\nAbility to operate a pickup truck safely.\n\nRegular use of cleaning chemicals and power equipment.\n\nUse of protective gear including rubber gloves and protective eyewear as required.\n\nEquipment Operated\nPower washer\n\nFloor scrubber\n\nHand tools\n\nCompany vehicle (pickup truck or van)\n\nWork Environment & Schedule\nTravel required between Brightwild properties.\n\nFull-time availability required, generally 32–40 hours per week.\n\nSchedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.\n\nBrightwild operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
