Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.\nProject Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Integrated Diagnostics projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.\nStakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and technical inquiries. Facilitate communication between engineering teams, management, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.\nBoeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
