This position is responsible for loading the programmed codes into the CNC router, setting up/adjusting tooling, running simulations for quality control, loading raw materials, and cutting. This position will be for a second shift/night shift.\nResponsibilities\nReading blueprints and manipulating CAD drawings using 3D design software. Verify drawings/parts are ready and suitable for programming.\nProduce toolpath/CAM programs for CNC routing machines.\nSet up CNC routers for cutting different materials.\nLoad and unload raw materials/cut components.\nQualifications\nRhino 3D and/or Solidworks software experience preferred.\n2 years experience with 5 axis CNC router table.\nExperience with speed and feed selection for different materials.\nUnderstanding of quality control procedures.\nThorough knowledge of G-code programming.\nExperience with Osai and Fanuc controllers.\nCandidate needs to be well organized with ability to multitask.
