Must Have Skills Level: L5 (Mid-level, roughly 3-5 years of experience).Technical Core: Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and networking fundamentals.Automation: Basic Python proficiency for editing existing code and writing simple scripts (not platform-level development).Tools: Linux proficiency for troubleshooting.Certifications: CCNP or JNCIP preferred as a baseline, but not mandatory if the candidate has equivalent high-scale experience.
