Support goal of achieving zero accidents.\nPromote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.\nObtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.\nQualifications and Requirements\nHigh School Diploma (or equivalent) required\nRelevant experience preferred\nExperience, Skill and Abilities\nPositive safety attitude and personal integrity\n- both are non-negotiable\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nStrong organization skills\nKnowledge of tool/equipment tracking software preferred.\nKnowledge of construction industry tools preferred.\nKnowledge of Lean practices to ensure continuous improvement.\nKnowledge of the newest technologies to expedite distribution\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to maintain a consistent workload.\nAbility to perform moderate manual labor in tool handling.\nMust lift up to 50 pounds.\nOffice environment requiring sitting and standing.\nFrequent time spent in office warehouse coordinating tools, exposing employee to noise and moving machinery.\nFrequent travel to various construction sites is essential, exposing employee to outdoor elements, noise and the need to stand and walk.\n\nAdditional Details :\nMP Systems is a leading line and infrastructure construction company, and one of five companies within PPC Partners, Inc. family of companies.
