This role focuses on extraction, integration, and management of clinical and research data from a variety of sources to support ongoing and planned projects led by our MS faculty and trainees.\n\nThe individual will work with and update an existing MS/Neuroimmunology Clinic Database that contains data from the EMR, and synthesize datasets that integrate EMR data with other prospectively collected data that may include patient reported outcome data, digital data from wearables (e.g. smartwatches, accelerometers), neuroimaging data, and/or biomarkers. Liaising between investigators and HITS to facilitate EMR workflows that will generate new data for the existing MS database, and integration of data generated from other created databases (e.g., wearable digital data repositories) with existing MS database output is also anticipated. This position partners closely with physician-investigators, analysts, and clinical teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with research and operational objectives.
