Investment Funds Associate (4th-6th Year) - Secondaries & Liquidity Transactions Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded Am Law firm seeking a mid-level associate (4th-6th year) to join its premier Investment Funds practice. The team advises across the full lifecycle of private funds, with a strong focus on complex liquidity solutions and secondaries transactions.
