Our customers trust us to handle their data with air-tight security measures, which is something that we guarantee.\nAWS is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Data Center Security Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team.\n\nKey job responsibilities\nDeliver Results\nOversee contract security staff and daily operations\nManage data center security\nCoordinate with security vendors\nMaintain availability for emergency response\nMonitor and ensure functionality of security systems\nOwnership\nDrive continuous improvement through KPIs and improvement plans\nEnsure proper protocol adherence by all personnel\nOversee access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems\nManage facility access badge issuance\nMaintain security equipment through regular inspections\nImplement preventative maintenance programs\nBias for Action\nInvestigate security incidents and provide notifications\nInvolvement in emergency response plans and evacuation procedures\nDevelop relationships with law enforcement and emergency services\nCustomer Obsession\nGenerate security incident reports\nPrepare and deliver presentations to business partners\nSupport internal security evaluations\nEnsure compliance with corporate security standards\nEarn Trust\nIdentify security-related opportunities\nDevelop innovative security solutions\nEnsure professional security interactions\n\nAbout the team\nAWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
