This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with client and operational requirements. The Data Implementation Engineer partners with Operations, Workflow, Technical Support, and Account Management teams to support client implementations and ongoing data quality across systems.\nTitle: Data Implementation Engineer\nLocation: Remote – United States\nSchedule: Full-time\nDepartment: Product Implementation\nCompensation: $95,000 – $115,000\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement client data and support enhancements for existing client integrations\nConfigure and maintain ETL processes across multiple structured and unstructured data sources\nBuild and support data transformation workflows using commercial ETL tools\nDevelop and maintain logical and physical data models, including schemas and tables\nEnsure ongoing data integrity across client implementations and internal systems\nDocument, track, and resolve complex data implementation tasks using Jira\nCollaborate with internal teams including Operations, Workflow, Technical Support, and Account Management\nParticipate in client-facing project meetings to gather requirements and communicate project status, timelines, and updates\nSupport implementation of Revenue Cycle data across applicable applications and platforms\nMentor team members on data implementation processes and best practices\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience\n3 to 5 years of experience performing ETL across complex data sets and relational databases\nExperience working with MySQL, MSSQL, or other SQL-based platforms\nExperience with ETL tools such as Talend Data Integration\nStrong understanding of data transformation, mapping, and integration processes\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Snowflake and AWS environments\nExperience with Revenue Cycle Management, EDI, X12, or patient accounting systems\nKnowledge of claims and billing processes within healthcare environments\nFamiliarity with data warehouse concepts and scalable data architectures\nEmployment eligibility:\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire\nThe company does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this position\nAs a condition of employment, a pre-employment background check will be conducted\nAt this time, we are unable to consider candidates residing in the state of New York for this position\nWhat We Offer:\nComprehensive paid training\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nHSA and FSA available\n401(k) with company match\nPaid Wellness Time and Holidays\nEmployer paid life insurance and long-term disability\nInternal growth opportunities\nMeduit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
