You love driving implementations of IT infrastructure such as virtualization, enterprise hardware/software, networking, and cloud computing.\nResponsibilities:\nCommunicate with clients to provide regular updates on projects.\nWork in our ticketing and project management system to respond to clients based within SLAs.\nProvide internal escalation support on client issues.\nTranslate clients’ requests into clearly defined projects.\nDevelop solutions tailored to solve clients’ issues.\nImplement highly-available server/networking/storage infrastructure.\nAudit and implement security best practices across a wide range of devices and services.\nSupport backup and disaster recovery infrastructure.\n\nQualifications\n\nTechnology Requirements\nDeep knowledge, direct experience, and/or ownership of:\nWindows Server : 2008+, Virtualization, DNS, AD, Group Policy, DHCP, File Server, PowerShell.\n\nWindows Client : Windows 7+, Deployment, Bitlocker.\nApple : 10.10+ management/support.\nNetworking : Internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, IPv4, VLANs, NAT, Firewalls, DHCP, DNS.\nMicrosoft Cloud/Server : Exchange, SQL, Office 365.\nClient Software : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Lync/Skype4B).\nServer/Storage Hardware : Dell/HP/Intel/Lenovo Servers, RAID.\nUnified Communications : PBX.\nBackup/Recovery/DR : WAN backups and replication expertise.\n\nPreferred Experience/Expertise\n5-10+ years’ experience working in support, consulting, or a comparable field.\n\nOpportunities to work with these technologies:\nWindows Server : 2012+ Infrastructure design/deployment/management.
