As a Senior Recruiter, you will be joining a small, tight-knit team and manage a variety of roles across GTM, G&A, Legal, Supply Chain & Manufacturing. You will own the entire recruiting process, from managing internal clients, qualifying job requirements, sourcing, recruiting and closing exceptional candidates. You should view this role as an orchestrator and shepherd for candidates, hiring teams, and leaders.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nLead the end-to-end recruiting process for our growing business, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and an exceptional candidate experience\r\nScreen resumes, source candidates, and evaluate potential fit for Lambda\r\nCollaborate with fellow recruiters and hiring managers to continuously drive effective sourcing strategies; group sourcing meetings, referral programs, sourcing research, market mapping, etc.\r\nFacilitate interviews and guide the hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership\r\nUtilize data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency\r\nMaintain key recruiting performance metrics for the organizations that you support\r\nContinuously explore new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process\r\nYou\r\nHave at least 5-8 years of recruiting experience, including a proven track record of cultivating relationships with and hiring highly competitive talent\r\nStrong strategic thinker with excellent operational execution\r\nAre able to effectively evaluate candidates for both behavioral fit and functional competencies\r\nHave an interest in emerging technologies and an aptitude for learning new industries\r\nAre proficient in sourcing on platforms; LinkedIn, Angellist, GitHub, as well as other techniques\r\nHave experience utilizing an applicant tracking system to create metrics and manage candidate pipelines\r\nHave a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment\r\nExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\r\nNice to Have\r\nExperience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry\r\nExperience recruiting for cloud business or developer tools\r\nExperience with Ashby\r\nExpertise with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)\r\nSalary Range Information\r\nBased on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $145,000 – $200,000.
