This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and communication and can translate complex cloud infrastructure and IT modernization programs into sharp, polished materials for senior government leaders.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nDevelop and deliver executive-level briefings, talking points, status reports, and presentations for senior federal leadership audiences.\n\nTranslate complex cloud migration and IT modernization program activity into clear, concise executive narratives using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.\n\nSupport cloud schedule tracking and reporting, turning data into visual dashboards and program summaries that inform leadership decisions.\n\nRespond rapidly to ad‑hoc data calls and tasking requests from government leads.\n\nCoordinate with technical team members to gather, synthesize, and accurately represent program status, risks, and accomplishments.\n\nManage program documentation, action‑item tracking, and recurring reporting cadences.\n\nSupport development of talking points and materials for external government conferences and interagency engagements.\n\nMaintain knowledge‑management content using Microsoft365 collaboration tools.\n\nWhat You Must Bring\n\n3–5 years of experience in a role where producing polished briefings, reports, or executive communications was central.\n\nThe ability to absorb technical information quickly and retell it clearly to a non‑technical audience.\n\nStrong command of Microsoft365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; you should be able to build a compelling executive slide deck without a template.\n\nExcellent verbal communication and presentation skills; you are comfortable presenting your work to senior stakeholders.\n\nWhat You Need to Have\n\nExperience supporting federal IT programs, cloud migration initiatives, or government IT modernization efforts.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud migration and tools (AWS, Azure, or similar).\n\nAWS Cloud Practitioner/Architect certification.\n\nExperience with data visualization tools (PowerBI experience needed).\n\nBackground in an advisory environment where you regularly prepared materials for senior decision‑makers.\n\nWhat We Are Not Looking For\n\nSomeone who simply lists “excellent communication skills” on their last JD; we want someone who can show it.\n\nRequired Security Clearance\nU.S. Citizenship required.
