Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located on Oahu. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building relationships with clients, and identifying sales opportunities. Daily tasks include creating and executing marketing strategies, managing customer interactions, providing sales support, delivering excellent service, and conducting training sessions when needed. The role also involves assisting in the management and coordination of various sales initiatives to support organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to develop and maintain positive client relationshipsExperience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to identify new opportunities, close deals, and meet or exceed targetsKnowledge or capability in Training techniques to onboard and guide team members effectivelyProficiency in creating and executing Marketing strategies to attract new clientsHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyFamiliarity with the healthcare or home care industry is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
