This is a relationship-focused role—perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with business owners and providing tailored insurance solutions, without heavy sales pressure.🧩 What You’ll DoServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small business clientsManage hundreds of active accounts with a strong focus on retentionHandle policy renewals (approximately 50% auto-renewed)Quote and present coverage options based on client needsBuild and maintain long-term client relationships (95% warm, referral-based business)Communicate regularly with business owners to educate them on coverage optionsAddress client questions, policy updates, and resolve issues as they ariseConduct occasional in-person client visits🎯 What We’re Looking For2–5+ years of insurance experience (commercial or personal lines)Strong background in client relationship managementExperience with policy renewals, endorsements, and quotingAbility to clearly explain insurance products to small business ownersComfortable managing a high-volume book of businessMandarin-speaking preferred (many clients are Mandarin-speaking business owners)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)P&C License preferred (or willingness to obtain)*************LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ***********Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
