With approximately $50 million in annual revenue, multiple funding sources, government contracts, grants, and over 50 program and departmental budgets, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while leading a dedicated accounting team.This position is ideal for a leader who can balance strategy with execution. We are looking for someone who is comfortable reviewing complex accounting transactions, resolving reconciliation issues, leading audits, strengthening internal controls, coaching staff, and partnering closely with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.This is not a role where you simply review the work of others.
