Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in medical malpractice litigation. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, the ability to conduct thorough legal research, and a commitment to advocating for clients' rights. The Associate Attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy developmentDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsAssist in litigating cases, representing clients during hearings and trialsProvide legal guidance related to medical malpractice mattersCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategiesMaintain organized case files and documentationStay updated on relevant laws and regulationsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the New York State BarExperience in legal drafting and researchStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage caseloads and work in a team-oriented environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary starting from $70,000 per year401(k) with matchingHealth, dental, and life insurancePaid time off
