If you're ready to do meaningful work at the edge of music and culture, we'd love to meet you.About The RolePosition: Fan Space Associate (Retail) - DALLASLocation: hello82 DALLAS Temporary Space in The Vista Mall (Lewisville)*Location will then shift to Carrolton Area Permanent SpaceWork Hours: 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local TimeWEEKENDS REQUIREDKey ResponsibilitiesWork with Retail team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our DALLAS Fan SpaceHandle Money and Sales using Shopify POSCommunicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and CustomersUphold Performance Standards in any Scale of CrowdAssist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.Assist in Creative Tasks including but not limited to asset installation, minor fabrication, and painting.QualificationsA genuine interest in Kpop music and contentTime Management skillsHigh school diploma or higherComfortable with Public Speaking and Crowds1-2 Years of Experience in RetailAbility to lift 30 lbsExcellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-popBenefits & Perks | We Take Care of Our PeopleBenefitsThe hello82 team understands the importance of ensuring our employees are provided with strong benefits to keep them going wherever they are.
