This role works in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment and serves as a direct point of contact for guests.\nThis is a tipped, non-exempt position that interacts closely with guests and collaborates with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.\n\nEssential Functions\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\nAs a Server, you will:\nGreet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit\nTake accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system\nDeliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner\nCheck in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns\nMaintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions to assist guests effectively\nProcess payments accurately and efficiently\nWork collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and support team members\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards\nAdapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious restaurant or customer service experience preferred\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\nStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask\nPositive attitude and guest-focused mindset\nReliable, punctual, and team-oriented\nFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays\n\nCompensation\nPay Range: $2.13 per hour – $2.13 per hour\nThis position may receive tips in addition to base pay where applicable.\nActual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
